Inspired by slow summer afternoons and the simple joy of cutting into a perfectly ripe mango, this cake is a celebration of the season at its peak.
Soft, airy sponge is layered with clouds of lightly whipped cream and generous pieces of fresh, juicy mango—so every slice feels abundant and alive. The sides are wrapped in toasted almonds, adding a warm, nutty crunch that contrasts beautifully with the silky softness within.
Finished with sun-ripened mango cubes on top, each bite melts gently—creamy, fragrant, and softly sweet—lingering just enough to remind you of golden sunshine, sticky fingers, and mangoes shared at home.

A cake that feels like a slow afternoon in early summer.
Deep, moist layers of rich chocolate sponge—soft, almost melting—are gently held together with a light, airy cream that isn’t too sweet, just enough to soften the intensity of chocolate. Tucked within is a layer of house-made strawberry compote — soft, jammy, and just a little tart—adding a quiet surprise, making every bite a little different from the last.
On top, fresh slices of strawberries rest like little bursts of brightness—juicy, slightly tangy, cutting through the richness with ease. A dusting of cocoa gives it that rustic, handmade feel, like something baked at home rather than produced.

Finished with generous curls of premium ‘Guittard’ chocolate and crowned with whole, glossy cherries — this is a refined take on the classic Black Forest. Deep, rich, slightly tart, and beautifully balanced, every bite melts into silky chocolate, bright cherry notes, and airy cream.
Layering Guide:
• 6” cakes are made with 2 layers.
• 8” cakes are made with 3 layers for enhanced height and richness.
Please, place your order at least (72 hours) 3 days ahead, as it is made fresh for you. We use 100% organic ingredients and we use only brown sugar. All our products are sweetened gently.
