Handling and Transportation π
Keep it level, Always transport and store your cake on a flat surface. Avoid tilting the box β fresh cream is delicate!Before serving π‘οΈ
Storage
Please store all cakes in an airtight container to keep them fresh. Otherwise, they may dry out and wonβt taste their best.
Before serving π‘οΈ
Take it out 15 - 20 minutes before youβre ready to serve. Fresh cream cakes taste best at room temperature β this brings out the full flavor and softens the layers beautifully.
Cutting πͺ
Use a clean, sharp knife. For clean slices, wipe the knife between each cut. For layered cakes, a gentle sawing motion works best.
Shelf Life π
Best enjoyed within 3 days of pickup. Our cakes are made fresh with no preservatives β the sooner you enjoy it, the better it tastes.
Fresh Fruit Cakes π (Important)
Cut and serve within 2β3 hours of taking out of the fridge. Fresh fruit naturally discolours over time once exposed β for the best look and taste, donβt wait too long before cutting and serving.
Tea & Loaf Cakes
Store in the fridge in an airtight container. Stays fresh for up to a week.
