Every Eku Eku cake is made in small batches with love and 100% organic ingredients. Treat it with care and it will taste exactly as it was meant to. ❀️

  1. Handling and Transportation πŸŽ‚

    Keep it level, Always transport and store your cake on a flat surface. Avoid tilting the box β€” fresh cream is delicate!

  2. Before serving 🌑️

    Take it out 15 - 20 minutes before you’re ready to serve. Fresh cream cakes taste best at room temperature β€” this brings out the full flavor and softens the layers beautifully.

  3. Cutting πŸ”ͺ

    Use a clean, sharp knife. For clean slices, wipe the knife between each cut. For layered cakes, a gentle sawing motion works best.

  4. Shelf Life πŸ“…

    Best enjoyed within 3 days of pickup. Our cakes are made fresh with no preservatives β€” the sooner you enjoy it, the better it tastes.

  5. Fresh Fruit Cakes πŸ“ (Important)

    Cut and serve within 2–3 hours of taking out of the fridge. Fresh fruit naturally discolours over time once exposed β€” for the best look and taste, don’t wait too long before cutting and serving.

  6. Tea & Loaf Cakes

    Store in the fridge in an airtight container. Stays fresh for up to a week.
